March 23, 2025 – Somerset County Conservancy Spring Planting Day. – Support your Conservancy with spring shrub plantings along the eastern side of Tree Swallow Loop on the KRNA Menser property. We anticipate 100 or so potted trees and shrubs for planting along with tree tube installation to protect them. It is not a big job, but still a great time to come out and visit with your SCC friends while enhancing the property. This event is planned for Sunday March 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM, rain or shine, but use your judgment in the event of unreasonable precipitation or otherwise unruly weather. Planting is contingent on shrub delivery, so any delays or rescheduling will be communicated at the earliest possible time if necessary.
